Getting around

Birmingham New Street is one of the city’s principal railway stations and connects Birmingham with destinations across the UK.

Because the apartment is centrally located, many restaurants, attractions, shops and entertainment venues can also be reached on foot.

Guests travelling via Birmingham Airport can take the train between Birmingham New Street and Birmingham International, with the fastest rail journeys taking around 9 minutes. Birmingham International then connects to Birmingham Airport via the free Air-Rail Link.

Buses, trams, taxis and ride-hailing services are also widely available throughout central Birmingham.

Guests will have private use of the apartment for the duration of their stay, including both bedrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Families, couples, business travellers and responsible groups are welcome.

Parties, events and unauthorised gatherings are not permitted. We ask guests to be considerate of neighbouring residents and to keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during the evening and overnight.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request either option. Additional charges may apply.

For bookings longer than 28 days, a professional clean is required every two weeks to help maintain the apartment to a good standard. Each clean costs £190 and is payable by the guest. This includes a full clean of the property together with fresh bed linen and towels.
